Safari Itinerary
Early Morning: Departure from the Coast
Pick-up from your hotel at dawn.
Drive to Bachuma Gate (Main Tsavo East entry point).
Short refreshment stop along the way.
Morning: Enter Tsavo East for Game Drive
Begin game viewing immediately upon entering.
Search for:
- Red elephants of Tsavo
- Lions and lionesses
- Giraffes
- Zebras
- Buffalos
- Leopards (rare)
- Cheetahs
- Antelopes
- Hippos & crocodiles at watering holes.
Mid-Morning: Drive to Aruba Dam
Explore the famous Aruba Dam, a major animal hotspot.
Continue with an extended game drive across the plains of Tsavo.
Lunch: Safari Lodge / Camp
Enjoy lunch at one of the park’s main lodges such as:
- Voi Safari Lodge
- Ashnil Aruba Lodge
- Voi Wildlife Lodge
Relax, enjoy panoramic views, and watch animals at the nearby waterhole.
Afternoon: Final Game Drive
After lunch, enjoy another game drive as you exit the park.
More chances to spot lions, elephants, and other wildlife along the way.
Late Afternoon: Return to the Coast
Drive back to your beach hotel.
Drop-off in the early evening.
